Geronimo1967
A short drama that sees a dad (Tom Vaughan Lawler) finish his job as a butcher and then pick up his daughter Romy (Bodhi Rae Breathnach) and take her for some fun at the seaside amusements. Its only as they head home we discover that mum Cara (Emily Bowker) isnt best pleased. Theres not a great deal of dialogue here, its more an observation of a familiar scene from any ordinary family that leaves us asking more questions than it answers about the characters whom we only fleetingly encounter. As a film, it is little more meaningful than if you were staring out of a café window watching a parent and child for a few moments before they drive off to their destination. Theres scope for assumptions, but I didnt take much more from this, sorry.
