Serial shooters is definitly something that is close to Uwe Boll's heart and it shows in the movies he makes about these (he's made a bunch when he's not making super poor videogame adaptations and other things), he simply puts in that extra effort in to these films that he doesn't do in other films, let's be real Uwe doesn't exactly scream quality film generally speaking.
And while this is not as good (or great) as the other 2 movies in the Rampage trilogy it's still a decent enough way to end it.
Had my concerns that it wouldn't be because the reception in general wasn't the best and Uwe was also rather pissed at his fans when he wasn't able to fully fund it via Kickstarter, to the degree that he vowed to never make a movie again. W...
