I think this show is slightly inconsistent at times, as any show can be that relies heavily on guests in a sort of interview format. And I will freely admit he gets little too explicit and blunt with the sex references for me, and will therefore turn off many viewers, but it is still one of the funniest shows on television.
And as someone from the U.S., to me a few of the cultural references leave me in the dust, not to mention the Welsh accents (the subtitles are pretty slow sometimes also). But I get most of it.
