Jeff Fowler is an American film director and animator. He is best known for directing the live-action adaptations of Sonic the Hedgehog (2020) and its sequels. He was also nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film for Gopher Broke (2004). Fowler was an animator for the 2003 short film Rockfish and the 2009 film Where the Wild Things Are.
