Director known for his films Looking for an Angel & The Secret of the Jade Medallion Producer of the short films Rubi Salles´s The Request; Jim Sheridan´s 11th Hour starring Salma Hayek & Ofelia Medina´s documentary Carried away and returned. He was also the founder and director of the Jalisco Film Commission and President of the Mexican Film Commissions Network and Secretary of the Latin American Film Commissions Network.
