Watching, admiring, and studying action movies since childhood, Jakob Laus stands out as the first and only action filmmaker from iACADEMY. Back in 2023, Jakob celebrated winning Best Art Direction for his action-comedy short film Slice of Death in the Ground Glass Film Festival. He then defended his action sci-fi thesis film FACTORY RESET in 2025 showcasing his action filmmaking skills for the first time to a wider audience.
