Santiago Chacón Narváez. Born in Popayán, Colombia, Santiago grew up in a large Catholic family. He completed his secondary education in the same city and continued his university studies at the Popayán University Foundation, where he graduated as a social communicator. During this time, he became involved with the audiovisual environment of the city and the country and had his first experiences in film shoots and festivals.
