She is known for her fan-made songs about videogames, with some of her most popular songs being "All Eyes on Me", a song about Bendy and the Ink Machine. "Greedy", a song about Cuphead. "Doki Doki Forever" a song about Doki Doki Literature Club!, and many more. OR3O is also well-known for her work on her original electro-swing album named Clover.
