Michiel Ebbing is a Dutch filmmaker. In 2006–2007, he studied Chinese at Beijing Language and Culture University. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in China’s Business System from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2011. Meanwhile, he continued learning Chinese through the Mandarin House Shanghai in 2010, and took the Level B2, Chinese Language and Literature course at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu, China in 2011.
