Héctor Almeida

Biography

Héctor Almeida (Güines, Cuba, 1995) is a filmmaker, editor, and actor. He made the documentary short film "Para Esteban" in which he explores family memory in an intimate way, for which he won the Funespaña Prize awarded by the International Film Festival "Make Me Visible in Your Memory" and the First Prize in the XVI edition of the National Audiovisual Festival "For The First Time", held in Holguín, Cuba.
