Emiliano Urbina

Emiliano Urbina (2003) was born and raised amidst the diverse landscapes of the Aconcagua Valley, Chile. He ventured into filmmaking through his explorations in photography and a Documentary Film Lab taught in 2017 by Carlos Lértora and Manuel Venegas in the city of San Felipe. He is currently studying Film and TV at the University of Chile and is also part of the experimental film cooperative "Cine Container." His work lies at the expansive borders of cinema, navigating between non-fiction, installation, radical digitalism and game-form films. His first linear short film is called "Spring Roll" (2023).
