Richard J. Bryer is a filmmaker based in Cleveland, Ohio. A recent alumnus of Cleveland State, Bryer has created numerous short films, including CHARGER, which was recently screened at the 49th Cleveland International Film Festival. Bryer is known for his project management, organization, and attention to detail both on and off screen. His hard work and dedication have been supported by crowdfunding efforts and recognized through numerous grants.
