Hidetaka Miyazaki (Japanese: 宮崎 英高, born September 19, 1974) is a renowned Japanese video game director, designer, writer, and the president of FromSoftware. He joined the company in 2004, initially working on the Armored Core series, and rose to international acclaim as the creator of the Dark Souls franchise. Miyazaki became president and representative director of FromSoftware in 2014.
