Rob Harrow was born and raised in Suffern, New York. At the age of 5 he began making films on his fathers video camera. It was then that he knew he wanted to act and direct and be a part of entertainment in any capacity. As he saw more and more films, his love and passion for film and acting developed into something larger than words. In High School he helped expand the film program while studying at the Helen Hayes Theatre.
