Trained at the New York City School of the Arts and continuing his work at the San Diego School of the Creative And Performing Arts, Cesaire Jose Carroll-Dominguez is a filmmaker, actor, writer, and artist. His recent projects include the digital art piece Mapping San Diego and the short Regulate TikTok.
