Nao Nakano (中野 七緒, Nakano Nao, born October 18, 1980) is a Japanese AV actress and former gravure idol from Hyogo Prefecture. Her former stage name was Yumi Nagase (永瀬 ゆみ, Nagase Yumi). She currently owns a beauty salon. She started out as a gravure idol under the name Yumi Nagase in 2008. She also worked as a photoshoot model and event companion, mainly in the Kansai region, under the agency Fresh Promotion. She joined Ebisu Muscats on April 7, 2010.
