Colin McKeown began making short films with the compilation 'Short Stories' which premiered at the Cork Film Festival in 1986. He has been involved in producing four feature films and over 30 short films. He was instrumental in developing the work of new filmmakers and training new entrants in Northern Ireland from the inception of the Six Pack scheme in 1995 and his work with Northern Ireland Screen throughout the following 13 years.
