Jeff Trammell was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Growing up, he dreamed of one day becoming a professional wrestler. Surprisingly, he accomplished that goal by the age of 16 but abandoned it a few years later after realising it wasn’t his true calling. One day, while watching “30 Rock,” he discovered his new dream: writing for television. He quickly downloaded every book and script he could find and taught himself how to write for television.
