Born in Recife, at around 12 years old Anne recognized herself as trans. Realizing the importance of representation, and how it can positively impact other people's lives, combined with her fascination with theater, she decided to become an actress. Trans causes and art began to be part of her life in 2016 through her YouTube channel, “Transtornada" and her Instagram @annemotareal where she is a content creator.
