Jody grew up in Northwest Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Jody has always been interested in exercise and helping others reach their goals. Jody is a certified personal trainer and a certified group exercise instructor. He is a gym owner in Northwest Arkansas where he specializes in training athletes for competition. Jody’s passion for fitness goes beyond the gym.
