Daniela Schneider (Mexico City - 1980). She studied filmmaking in Barcelona at the same time as painting with sculptor Gabriel Sanz at the Escola Massana. Upon returning to Mexico, she worked on Carlos Reygadas' second film Batalla en el Cielo. In this same film she meets Amat Escalante, who months later invites her to direct the art direction of his first project, Sangre. Her short film Pescador participates in the International Festival Clermont Ferrand, France, with the support of BBVA Bancomer.
