Biography

Ali Shirazi became interested in filmmaking at the age of 17 and started to create experimental works by writing film scripts and directing short films. By the age of 20, he began studying film directing at the college, where he became involved in the production of one of his most famous works up to that point. In 2012, he began creating an online video essay series on Vimeo, focusing on the directing styles of American filmmakers such as Martin Scorsese, Quentin Tarantino, and Paul Thomas Anderson.
