Mac Smith is a Sound Effects Editor at Skywalker Sound. A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Smith studied film at the University of Iowa and USC, blending his lifelong passions for music and cinema. His musical abilities led him on tour across the U.S. before he shifted focus to sound editing. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to more than 100 films and earned 16 Golden Reel Award nominations.
