An elderly lady is at home in Iran, watching television, wondering why the phones are all out. What she doesn't realise is that her beloved "Amir" has been caught up in the protests outside that she has seen on the news. That fact is known to her son "Babak" and his wife "Nahid" and they must tread carefully with her as she keeps thinking she hears his voice outside. It's quite a potent short drama that rather ends before it begins, but nonetheless it still demonstrates just how tough it is to live in a society where communications can be shut down restricting information arbitrarily, and causing consternation and worry. I'm not sure an apple is going to be of much help...
