Addendum: Halfway through 2017, I would definitely say this is the year of horror/exploitation films. Video Nasties, 80's monster movies, slasher films and 70's grindhouse specials have been heavily featured in this list so far this year . . . and there seems to be no sign of stopping anytime soon!
