Reimagined as two contemporary women, they speak through fragmentary voice mails that blur personal pain, natural-world anxieties and the erosion of civility. With its hybrid language of observation, visual collage and dream logic, the film invents a myth inside an intimate, hyper-feminine domestic space charged with quiet, growing tension.
