Just watched Bet Dead Casino on Relay, and I was pleasantly surprised. Its a solid indie film set between the UK and Thailand, with an interesting and original concept that really kept me engaged throughout.
The action scenes were great you can tell there were some real hardcore athletes involved, and it added a lot of realism and energy to the film. The lead actress was also fantastic, carrying the story with a strong and believable performance.
It could have been a bit longer there were moments I wanted to see explored more deeply but considering it was shot during the pandemic, the team did an amazing job pulling it off. Overall, a creative, well-paced indie movie thats definitely worth a watch.
