Storyline

In Portugal, a luxury eco-tourism sector is developing on the unspoiled Alentejo coast. But behind the promise of environmentally friendly tourism lie serious problems: soil depletion, concreting over protected areas, and more. This new El Dorado for wealthy tourists is disrupting the region's social, cultural, economic, and natural balance... and thus, forcing the region's locals to leave.
