From Mexico to Vietnam: a Chicano story

Years after being murdered in a bar, Duran was posthumously awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his service in Vietnam.

This film tells the story of Jesus Duran, who immigrated from Mexico at a young age and served with the military in Vietnam. There, through a heroic act, he saved his platoon and was awarded a posthumous medal of honor in 2014.
